In today’s video I’m sharing my Christmas gift to myself at age 77—two red light therapy devices I asked my husband for to help me “up my game” with mature skincare. Like so many of you, I already moisturize, tone, and use all the lotions and potions I can get my hands on to fight the aging process, so I wanted to add LED therapy to my routine for collagen support, wrinkles, age spots, redness, and overall texture.
