As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. 1. Mash your spent grains in 3 gallons of water at 145F for at least 90minutes, then drain and collect the wort. 2. Boil the wort for an hour, adding your hops at 45 minutes remaining, and Irish Moss at 10 minutes remaining. 3. Cool the wort, take a gravity reading, siphon the wort into your sanitized fermenter, then pitch the yeast and close up the fermenter with an airlock. Allow it to ferment for at least 7 days. 4. Make a primind solution with 1 ounce of sugar or dextrose per gallon of finished beer. Add priming solution to beer, then bottle. 5. Allow bottles to condition for at least 7 days, then chill and enjoy.
