I got the opportunity to tour the 1st Absinthe Distillery in Texas with my buddies, George and Jesse, to try some of Violet Crown's award winning Emerald Absinthe. Jessica, one of the co-owners of the Derelict Airship Distillery is a super fun and informative host.
