What’s up? In this video I’m testing Minecraft on a proper budget PC setup in 2025 — Ryzen 5 1400 (4 cores / 8 threads), Nvidia Quadro P400 2GB, and just 8GB RAM. The Ryzen 5 1400 is a used processor I picked up, and yeah it’s a bit old now, but that’s exactly why I wanted to test it and see if it still makes sense for Minecraft today. I’m running the game at 1080p with Fast graphics, VSync off, and a 20 chunk render distance. For monitoring, I’m using MSI Afterburner in the background so you can see real-time stats like GPU usage, CPU temps, and FPS. One important thing: I’m recording with screen capture software, so you should expect a small FPS drop compared to what you’d get in actual gameplay. I’m also not a pro player — this is purely for benchmark purposes, just to show how this old Ryzen + Quadro combo handles Minecraft in 2025 with normal settings.
