In this video I’m testing the Clomaná Marshmallow Sponge in the new colours — and honestly, this is a proper “second chance” moment. If you’ve been around for a while you’ll know I didn’t like the original Marshmallow Sponge when it was still COCO Cosmetics By Chloe… but I’m always up for revisiting something when a brand brings out new versions, sizes, or tweaks. These ones are the smaller versions, and I tried two of the new shades (and there are loads to pick from now). Clomaná describe the sponge as soft, latex-free, and designed to give a seamless, natural finish — and this time around I actually agree. I found it much nicer to use than the original, and it’s the kind of sponge I’d reach for when I want my base to look smooth without fighting with the tool. The main takeaway: if you wrote this sponge off like I did before, the newer minis in the new colours are worth a look. I’ll always tell you straight, and for me this one was a wee win.
