My Vanilla Protein Powder!👇🏻 https://autumnellenutrition.shop/products/vanilla-whey-protein-powder?variant=40908811993124 🍔 Kimchi Burger Bowl Ingredients: 1-2 tsp. olive oil 2 cups frozen cauliflower rice ½ cup black beans 1/2-1 tsp. Cumin 1/2-1 tsp. garlic powder Salt to taste ¼ pound cooked burger patty, crumbled Kimchi (as much as you like) ½ avocado *if you have it, throw on some leftover salad greens, slaw, etc. 1. Throw cauliflower rice in a pan over medium high heat with olive oil. Add salt, cumin and garlic powder. Sauté. 2. Add crumbled burger and beans and sauté for about 6 minutes or until warmed through. 3. Add to a bowl. Top with kimchi and avocado. Optional to add salad greens or leftover slaw. 🫐 Protein Yogurt Bowl Ingredients: 1 cup greek yogurt 1 scoop Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder 2 tbsp. Collagen powder 1 tbsp. Blended cacao nibs (pre-blended or in a coffee grinder) 1 cup blueberries ¼ cup coconut flakes 1. Mix the yogurt, protein powder, collagen and blended cacao until smooth. 2. Top with blueberries and coconut flakes. 🌮 Breakfast Tacos Ingredients: 3 eggs ½ cup cottage cheese 2 cups cabbage 1 jalapeno 1 tsp. or more Rice vinegar 1 tsp or more Olive oil (for dressing + cooking) Salt 2 6-inch corn tortillas Optional salsa or hot sauce 1. Scramble eggs and cottage cheese. Cook on a pan with a bit of butter or olive oil. 2. While it cooks, chop up the cabbage and jalapeño for the slaw. Drizzle in olive oil, rice vinegar and a pinch of salt. 3. Heat up the tortillas for a few seconds on the stove top then transfer to a plate. 4. Put cooked eggs on the tortillas. Top with slaw and optional hot sauce/salsa.
