This was my Miche Beauty curly hair wash day in under three minutes, and honestly…the star of the whole routine was the Detox Shampoo. I already did a separate video just on that shampoo, but I wanted to show the full experience using the products together—and this one is hands-down my favorite of the three. I don’t usually get excited about shampoo, but this formula is special: it has this silky, serum-y consistency that actually moves through my strands (and my hair is naturally very, very tangly). It also lathers like crazy, so you don’t need much, and it left my scalp feeling amazing while giving me definition straight from the start. After shampooing, I was shocked at how fluffy my hair felt with so much volume and shine—without any other product. My curls felt slick, my cuticles felt laid down, and for me that’s a sign my hair is moisturized and set up to hold onto hydration for the rest of wash day. Then I followed up with the Indulge Moisturizing Deep Treatment. It wasn’t the most moisturizing deep conditioner I’ve ever used, but it did a pretty decent job and was a nice follow-up to that detox. For styling, I tested the Gel to Foam Styling Mousse as a one-and-done since it’s supposed to include a leave-in. My results looked good, but because my hair is abnormally tangled and dry, I think I would’ve benefited from using a separate leave-in next time—especially if I’m going for a twist out.
