How to organise your ELECTIVE PLACEMENT | MSc Physiotherapy student UK I am about to go on my elective placement. The planning for this began very early roughly 10 months ago, I started to search for a placement in an area of interest. I knew that I wanted an NHS-based placement because I intend on working for the NHS when I graduate. I also knew that I wanted it to be a London-based placement. I have planned to move back home and this makes the process easier. Also, it is nice to get an insight into the differences between the midlands and London whilst I am still a student.
