Avoiding Physio burnout by no longer waiting for annual leave to take a break. When work is busy with clinical and non-clinical duties, taking time for yourself can feel selfish; it can be hard to destress. But, we did it! We climbed Snowdon in 5 hours and 58 minutes. I have recently been making a conscious effort to live outside of waiting for annual leave. 👉 Snowdon recovery tips 👈 1. Treat yourself to a takeaway, replace your carb 2. Stretch or a relaxing massage 3. Electrolyte replacement 4. Rest up, get a good night's sleep 5.
