I’m also ranking my top 5 knits of the year and reflecting on what this year of making taught me about my handmade wardrobe. This is a long, calm knitting recap meant to be watched slowly — perfect to put on while you knit. I talk about yarn choices, pattern modifications, wearability, and what I would do differently if I knit these pieces again. For garments, I’ve added a small rating system for enjoyment, wearability, and difficulty, because those are the questions I always ask myself before casting on.
