Make a k-pop demon hunters cake with me …. Ingredients- Vanilla sponge - 225g Margerine 370g Caster sugar 4 large eggs 310g Self-raising flour 160ml * Whole milk (not 80ml as written in the video) 1 tsp Vanilla essence/extract Method 1.) Preheat the oven to 150°c and line the baking tins with baking paper 2.) Cream the margerine until pale in colour 3.) Add the sugar and whisk until light and fluffy 4.) Beat one egg at a time and add to the mix. 5.) Sieve the flour into a separate bowl. Fold in ¾ of the flour to the creamed mixture alternatively with the milk and all of the vanilla. 6.) Fold in the rest of the flour, scrape down the sides then whisk at low speed for 5 seconds 7.) Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 1 hour 15 -20 mins or until a skewer inserted comes out fairly clean. 8.) Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes then turn onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
