Use half of the mix for vanilla cupcakes, and the remaining mixture you can add the freeze dried strawberries and essence for your strawberry cupcakes. Prep time- appx 20 mins Baking time-26/28 mins Oven temperature- 150 fan/170 degrees Celsius/ Gas 3 (Please note all ovens vary) PLEASE NOTE- BUTTER AND EGGS NEED TO BE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE OR AT LEAST TAKEN OUT OF THE REFRIGERATOR AN HOUR BEFORE USE.
