Back in the 70s the Amaretto Sour was simply amaretto and sour mix, but since, it’s received a number of revisions - most notably, that of Jeffrey Morgenthaler. In his recipe, a stronger spirit’s added, boosting the drink’s firepower. Inspired by Morgenthaler, we’ll add apple brandy to our Amaretto Sour to compliment the almond flavor and add an orchard fruit element to the drink. Perfect for fall. Cheers!
