Cocktail popsicles are refreshing, boozy, and... surprisingly tricky to get right. Today I’m diving into three homemade popsicle recipes—one nonalcoholic and two with booze—and sharing what I learned along the way. This was a new adventure for me, and it came with plenty of trial and error. From texture issues to slow freezing, I’ll walk you through what worked, what didn’t, and whether my final tweaks were actually worth the wait. You’ll get: • 3 popsicle recipes (including a Painkiller pop and a Mango-Basil Pisco pop) • Tips for freezing with alcohol • A taste test finale with Az Hope you enjoy the experiment. Cheers!
