In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and brown sugar. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until combined. Refrigerate cookie dough for 20–30 minutes. Scoop dough into balls, keeping the bowl in the fridge between batches. Bake 10–12 minutes, until the centers lose their pale shine.
