Melt chocolate over a double boiler or in 15-second microwave intervals. Stir in oil and sugar until fully combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Add flour mixture gradually, mixing between additions. Refrigerate dough overnight (or at least 4 hours). Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment. Place powdered sugar in a small bowl. Scoop cold dough into 1-inch balls, roll generously in powdered sugar, and place 2 inches apart. Bake 10–12 minutes, or until edges are firm and centers look slightly gooey.
