In this video I’m reviewing the brand new Travoca 45L Rigel Dual Zone E-Cooler, and the best way I can describe it is rugged elegance. Most 12V fridge companies are stuffing every bell and whistle into their units, but Travoca went the opposite direction: everything you need, nothing you don’t—and they wrapped it in a package that looks absolutely gorgeous. The green-on-green color palette, bamboo accents, brushed metal handles, and even the ventilation design all feel intentional, not just functional. Because Travoca is a new company, I put this fridge through its paces for about a month straight. I unboxed it, filled it with water, ran it nonstop, and cycled through freezer/fridge temps plus single-zone and dual-zone modes. The cooling was rock solid—when I set it to 0, it stayed at 0; when I set it to 30, it stayed at 30—and the compressor is impressively quiet. I also cover the simple four-button control panel, the easy-to-use app, the dual-opening lid (plus fully removable lid), the quick swap divider for single vs dual zone, and the one real thing I miss: baskets. Overall, it’s a ruggedly built fridge that performs flawlessly and looks incredible doing it.
