In this video, I share a key clip where Walter Veith answers the UN/NGO question, and I respond to it from a prophecy and present-truth perspective. Walter’s counter-question is important: there was no General Conference in Session vote that put the Seventh-day Adventist Church into the United Nations. In other words, “we the people” didn’t decide it—and I appreciate that distinction between apostate leadership moves and the faithful body of believers who are actually the church. But I also walk through why this still matters and why it cannot be brushed off. I reference how the relationship was announced (not voted), including the 1985 recognition of the General Conference as an NGO in consultative status, and I connect it to biblical warnings about making leagues with worldly powers (2 Corinthians 6:14; 2 Chronicles 16–20). My point is simple: even if the members didn’t vote for it, leadership compromises can carry consequences for the whole body—little by little—until you can’t recognize what God built.
