In this episode I pull the curtain back on the spirit world and why spiritual warfare is not a “side topic”—it’s the reality behind what we’re seeing in our homes, churches, and nation. I shared a clip I saw years ago (even though I don’t endorse everything on those channels as a Seventh-day Adventist), because there was light in it that lines up with what I’ve read in Ellen White and what Scripture plainly teaches: the spiritual realm is active, organized, and relentless. Demons are not abstract ideas—there are principalities and powers working overtime, and when we pray we’re moving and changing circumstances in ways we don’t even understand. We talked about discerning of spirits, oppression, possession, and how the enemy works through unforgiveness, bitterness, fear, and even reckless words that “pierce like a sword.” I emphasized that we must stay in alignment with God and His Word, because an “empty house” is dangerous—Jesus warned that an unclean spirit can return with seven worse spirits when a life isn’t filled with the Holy Spirit (Matthew 12). I also shared why praise and worship matters in warfare—praise confuses the enemy, like in Jehoshaphat’s victory, and it invites God’s presence. My takeaway: we can’t fight spiritual battles with human weapons. The offensive weapons are the Word of God and prayer—plus a surrendered life that doesn’t play games with sin.
