In this smart apartment tour, I’m literally starting from scratch and rebuilding my Apple HomeKit setup the way I think a smart home should be: simple, reliable, and easy for anybody to use. I walk room-by-room through the kitchen, bedroom, office, and living room, showing how I’m handling smart lighting, physical controls, and the little quality-of-life automations that make the place feel “smart” without turning it into a science project.
