Good morning love :) In this vlog I’m sharing my cozy, structured winter morning routine for work days—because honestly, when it’s darker and colder, waking up can feel so much harder. I talk through how seeing sunlight first thing is such an instant circadian booster, but also why the real game-changer is keeping a regular, organised schedule (with enough flexibility to honour your natural body cycle). I like thinking of my mornings in “segments” (teeth, skincare, getting dressed + makeup) so my sleepy brain can just follow the steps, and I can actually work out how long each part takes. Then I take you along to work where I’m teaching the Boots beauty specialists trending makeup looks (and yes… then I have to clean up the mess 🤭). After that, I pop into Chanel for a little treat and later come home to one of my favourite wind-down rituals: flower arranging. I picked up £5 Tesco blooms and it genuinely sparks so much joy in the room—such a soothing way to end the day.
