Today’s vlog is my little birthday video diary—because yes love, I turned 30. I take you along for a cozy GRWM moment, a slow morning with skincare, water in my favourite jug, and coffee while I get a bit of editing done. I also chat about how my mindset has shifted from my early 20s to now—especially with exercise. It used to be about being the slimmest or pushing high-intensity training, but that honestly wasn’t good for my health and even disrupted my natural hormonal cycle, so now I focus on strength, posture, and the more meditative side of movement. Then we head out for a truly dreamy Afternoon Tea at Ting Restaurant at Shangri-La The Shard in London, with the prettiest views (you can even spot Tower Bridge). Between bites, I reflect on the lessons my 20s taught me: don’t be so hard on yourself when things don’t go to plan, surround yourself with people who shape your life in a good way, and invest in yourself—your health, passions, and personal growth always pays off. Turning 30 doesn’t feel like leaving youth behind; it feels like stepping into a chapter with more clarity, deeper connections, and making time for what genuinely brings me joy.
