Inside was the Born This Way foundation in my shade Pearl, and I’m not even being dramatic when I say I’ll go through it quickly because I really, really like it. Then we get into my Jo Malone haul, which I picked up in a few bits (some online credit, and some staff shop finds). I restocked my absolute everyday favorite, English Pear & Freesia—because it’s that refreshing floral that’s just so easy to wear—and I also grabbed candles (including the deluxe three-wick one), a matching body & hand wash, and a mini trio that’s perfect for travel. I also tried Red Roses in the 30ml, which has that lingering rose oil vibe that feels so pretty and classic. Overall, it’s a little reminder to romanticize the small moments—whether it’s a gift you give yourself, or something sweet that comes unexpectedly.
