In this video, I’m walking through the history of our angle guide base, what changed with the VEVOR machines, and why we kept improving the design. The original guide worked great, but when VEVOR updated their machines, we had to redesign it to fit the new pivot area. That led to our updated model that many of you are already using.Now I’m introducing the ALX|THOR Pro 2.- Even though most users never had any issues, we found a few rare cases where certain knives (like Dexter knives, large Swiss Army knives, and a specific hunting knife) could contact the guide. Because of that, we went back and redesigned it again. With the Pro 2: The center section has been removed for better clearance The base is reinforced for strength It’s designed to prevent virtually any knife from hitting Going forward, this will be the standard for all new customers.
