I’ve been wanting to review this filter for ages, and in this video I finally get the Oase EcoFlow 60 unboxed and installed so you can see exactly what you’re getting and how it runs on a tank. The EcoFlow internal filters are new for 2025 and come in four sizes (60, 100, 150 and 200), with a 3-year warranty. I’m already a big fan of Oase gear in general, so I was genuinely excited to see if this one lives up to the rest of their lineup. I go through everything in the box, including the mounting bracket, suction cups, the Venturi attachment, the built-in spray bar setup, and the included biomedia. Then I show you how the baskets and media are laid out on the EcoFlow 60 (sponge in the bottom basket, bio media chamber above), and the bit I really like: the magnetic design that lets you pop the baskets off for maintenance without pulling the whole filter out of the tank. Once it’s running, you can see the flow is strong, you can direct it, and you can switch between the main outlet and the spray bar. My main takeaway is that it’s a great internal filter and, in my opinion, a massive step up from the Oase BioPlus corner filter—especially because I don’t see fish getting stuck around it like they can with some corner setups. If you’re after a well-priced internal filter that’s easy to maintain, it’s well worth a look.
