In this video I hopped on the Kilter Board and decided to do something that is objectively a terrible idea for my ego: try to “project” the hardest Kilter Board climb, Drunks Unlimited (V13/8B). This was inspired by a Magnus Midtbø video, so naturally I thought, “yeah, I should also get humbled on camera.” I’m mic’d up the whole session, so you get the full play-by-play of me trying to figure out moves, talking through what feels impossible, and then immediately eating it in the silliest ways. I break down what makes this thing feel so hard—how the moves stack, how the holds feel on Kilter, and why the grade is… yeah… VERY. You’ll see me test sequences, fail a lot, learn a little, and keep it light because that’s kinda the whole point: try hard, laugh harder, and still walk away motivated to train.
