In this video I’m walking through my 2023 work-from-home setup—basically a “close to great” build that’s doing a lot right, but still has a few loose ends I want to clean up. I break it down in chapters so you can jump straight to the desk, cable management, the extra components I’m using, and then the stuff I’d change if I were dialing this in from “good” to “finished.” The whole point is a setup that feels clean and practical without pretending everyone has an unlimited budget. I spend a big chunk of time on cable management because that’s usually the difference between a setup that looks okay on camera and one that’s actually nice to live with day-to-day. Then I get into pointers and suggestions—small upgrades that make sense, not random gear for the sake of it. I wrap it up with the good/bad/ugly so you know what’s working, what’s annoying, and what I’m planning next to tie everything together and make it cleaner.
