We start at Bury Market, one of the UK’s most famous food markets, for a proper northern food tour. First stop is Chadwick’s, home of the original Bury black pudding, followed by Gözleme, a Turkish street food stall serving unreal lahmacun. Harry Muffin give us some classic pastries and pies to try. Including a wonderful Eccles Cake.
