I cleanse with Feminelle because it’s gentle and not highly drying, which matters so much when you’re dealing with flaky, irritated skin. It’s technically an intimate wash, but the pH and composition have been really good for my face. For me, avoiding harsh cleansers is part of what keeps seborrheic dermatitis from getting worse.
