I tested the NiZ L84 and it’s one of the most interesting keyboards I’ve had on my desk this year—ultra-thin, whisper quiet, and ridiculously smooth thanks to capacitive contactless switches. The triple-mode connectivity, mini status display, and the fact that it can even double as a mouse makes it feel like a future keyboard, not just another mech clone.
Pros
+Whisper-quiet typing (around a 34 dB sound profile)
+Capacitive contactless switches feel insanely smooth and responsive
+Triple-mode connectivity (Bluetooth, 2.4G, USB-C) and up to 7 devices
+High-end performance specs (0.8mm trigger, up to 8000Hz polling, 0.125ms response)
+Built-in display for status, battery, and connection mode
+Mouse control feature for cursor movement from the keyboard
Cons
-Capacitive switch tech is typically pricier than standard mechanical setups
-Mouse-from-keyboard feature won’t be for everyone
