How I Fixed My Terrible Memory (when active recall doesn't work)

“I can’t remember anything I study. I do active recall but nothing is clicking. Nothing I do is sticking”. Well, I 100% know you’re screwing up in one of two ways. In this video, I quickly go through how I get information to stick in my head. Firstly make sure you’re actually testing yourself properly. Secondly build a basic foundation of all the concepts within a topic by creating a mindmap FIRST… then attack the subject with active recall.
