The 37-year-old Norwegian Marit Beate Kasin has dreamed of breeding huskies and taking part in big dog sled races since she was a child. She has already taken part five times in the "Finnmarksløpet" in Norway, the longest and toughest race in Europe. Twice she has finished second, and now she is competing with a new dog team. The race covers 1,200 km across Finnmark, from Alta via Kautokeino to Kirkenes and back. The mushers have to finish with at least six of the original 14 dogs, otherwise they face disqualification. How far will Marit and her partner Susana make it? Subscribe to wocomoWILDLIFE: https://goo.gl/L5puvQ Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/wocomo Excerpt from "Huskies am Start!"
