Hey guys! Thanks for watching my channel, it's great to have your support on here. I'm Claire the creator and those who have been watching for a while will know I have a 1.5 year old (Finley) and I'm now just starting to be able to do consistent training and have signed up to 2 half marathons, Rutland Water and Worksop in Sept and Oct (come along and say Hi!). Here's how I am training for them by doing only 3 runs per week. Adding a 4th gets me injured so I tend to cross train as well on the bike and swimming. And I need to do more strength training for sure! Always! Just 10 mins per day - why is it so darn avoidable???
