I'm coming back from having a baby in Jan 2021 and last Saturday I ran a 5k PB for the year of 24:39 at Rutland Water parkrun (not my actual 5k PB, that's 20:37 from Ferry Meadows parkrun in 2014 or 2015, not sure!).
