Rahm Emanuel was Chicago mayor when the city won the competition for the Obama Presidential Center. After Barack Obama was elected president, Emanuel left his promising congressional career to serve as Obama's chief of staff. He was at the White House during the economic recovery of 2009 and the fight for health care. Emanuel sat down with WGN Political Editor Tahman Bradley to reflect on the Obama Center and Emanuel's own flirtation with running for president.
