In this video, I’m taking you with me through a mini reset routine — the kind I do when my life (and my room) is giving “everything is everywhere” and I need to feel like myself again. I’m literally in the middle of redoing my room, so my TV is on the floor, my pictures are on the floor… it’s a lot. But that’s why resets are so underrated — you don’t have to wait until everything is perfect to start getting back on track. I start with the basics that make the biggest difference: laundry and a general refresh. I do my laundry every Thursday, and today is Thursday, so you’re doing it with me. The whole point is to create that clean, calm baseline that makes routines easier to stick to — like when your space feels lighter, your brain feels lighter too. If you’ve been overwhelmed or unmotivated, this is your sign to do a simple reset: pick a few things (like laundry + organizing) and let that momentum carry you into your “that girl” era again.
