In this video I’m taking you through my productive 6am morning routine (with all the cozy, aesthetic vibes) and how I balance productivity + self-care in a way that actually feels doable. I started my morning with a quick little leg workout—nothing intense, just leg raises—because I sprained my knee and I’m trying to be smart about healing. It genuinely hurts me to not be getting my 10k steps because I love working out, but I’m taking it easy so I can get back to my walks and routines faster. Then I got into my super simple skincare routine that I basically always do: Bioma facial spray, Rhode glazing milk, a facial moisturizer, and Bioma sunscreen. After that, I did my journaling routine, EFT tapping, and affirmations to set the tone for the day. Once it was around 7:53/8:00, I locked in on work—editing (I do it full-time as a freelancer), checking emails, and replying to messages—while putting long LA vlogs on in the background for motivation and inspo. And of course, we ended with a little fresh air moment outside with my dogs because fall/winter mornings are just that girl.
