Good morning, girlies—this video is my current “lock in” productive day in my life where I’m choosing discipline over motivation and just getting it done (but still keeping it cute and aesthetic). I start my mornings with affirmations, my little brain games (New York Times Word Chess), and Duolingo, then I get outside for a quick 10–15 minute walk (yes, even when it’s literally 27°). One of my biggest lock-in rules is hydration—two Stanleys a day—and I always do electrolytes with breakfast. From there, I go into Bible study, then my favorite sweet-but-healthy breakfast: a dairy-free yogurt bowl with homemade granola (oats + chia/flax + little add-ins) and fruit like strawberries and apples. I workout (I’m very into doing two-a-day movement: walks + Pilates/strength), then I reset with skincare and get ready in comfy loungewear.
