Good morning, girlies — this cozy Sunday vlog is basically my little “go with the flow” reset day while I’m on fall break (Thanksgiving break for most of you). I’m not following my routine down to a tea, but I still wanted to keep my healthy habits in. I start by planning out my day, doing gratitude journaling, and knocking out my non-negotiables: Duolingo, a chess lesson, and my New York Times Wordle (I will never pass that up). For breakfast I made toast with peanut butter, bananas, and cinnamon… and yes I definitely put too much cinnamon, but it was so good. Then I did a low-impact menstrual phase Pilates workout because my period was on while filming, and it honestly felt amazing. I also shared my skincare in the middle of a GRWM moment, and my favorite step is the Rhode Glazing Milk because it makes my skin look so dewy and glowy. After that I let my dogs out, got into work with my Notion setup (editing for clients + admin tasks), and made a healthy lunch: chicken, green beans, rice, and a “messy” drink that tasted like Liquid IV to me (electrolytes were strong). I ended the day chilling with my family, watching Wheel of Fortune and With Love, Megan, and finishing with an everything shower to wrap up my Sunday reset.
