Hello there—what’s up guys, Unofficial Lego here. In this video I’m talking about a brand-new reveal for LEGO Star Wars: the return of the helmet collection models, and this time it’s straight out of The Empire Strikes Back and the Battle of Hoth with the AT-AT Driver Helmet. The LEGO Group officially announced it on StarWars.com as part of the “Power of the Force” product campaign, and it’s also showing up on LEGO.com as an upcoming set. What’s wild is it was apparently already up for pre-order and it’s already sold out, so if you know more about that, you’ve gotta fill me in down in the comments. I go over why these helmets have been so popular the last few years—especially with Star Wars fans and adult collectors—because they’ve got solid detail and awesome display value for desks, shelves, and LEGO rooms. They don’t really have play features, and they don’t come with minifigures (which I still think they should), but as 18+ display pieces they just work. The AT-AT Driver Helmet is set for a March 1st release, and it looks like LEGO is keeping that $70 US price point, so let me know what you think about the set and the pricing.
