Bath innovation improving attendance for mental health appointments

The University of Bath Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with healthcare technology provider Mayden, was awarded 'outstanding' by Innovate UK. The KTP project, funded through an Innovate UK research grant, saw research staff at Bath develop, validate and implement statistical models that predict patient engagement and the most effective treatment pathway for each patient. This was to enable services to deliver more effective and efficient care and identify when a patient is not responding as expected. Mayden specialise in the development of innovative technology that supports healthcare services deliver data driven, outcome focussed and patient centred care.
