Oil Drain Pan
A drain pan is a must so you can catch the old oil properly and keep the work area clean. I also use it as part of my final check—after refilling, I look underneath for any signs of leaking around the drain plug and the oil filter. It’s basic, but it makes DIY oil changes safer and less messy.
