On my Hilux, I used DOT4, and this BENDIX DOT 4 is a solid option if your manual allows it. DOT4 gives you a higher boiling point than DOT3, which is a big deal once you’re braking hard or driving loaded. Just remember DOT4 absorbs moisture faster, so don’t leave the bottle open and replace fluid on time.
