Hi guys, it’s Trinh from trinh’s vinyl collection, and this vlog is basically me taking you with me to see thủy on the Wings World Tour at The Fillmore (Silver Spring/DC area). I was so excited (and freezing because it was rainy and gloomy), but I got ready, did my makeup, and headed out because I bought the VIP meet & greet as a little early birthday treat for myself. I also talk about the merch mission I was on—especially trying to get the Girls Like Me Don’t Cry vinyl and the Wings vinyl, because my whole goal was to get the jackets signed. You’ll see clips from the soundcheck party and parts of the show, plus the energy in the room was insane. After the concert, I finally filmed a “Trinh from the future” outro to show everything I got: the VIP goodies (hat, poster, lanyard), tour shirt, hoodie, and the Wings vinyl + Wings CD. I also share the chaotic moment where I had to run my mini tripod back to my car, which made me one of the last people to meet her—but thankfully they waited, and she even called me “twin” because we both have red hair and we’re Vietnamese. My biggest takeaway: the memories were worth it, and I’m still obsessed with having the Wings vinyl jacket signed—just wish the CD was signed on the insert instead of the jewel case.
