Hi guys, it’s Trinh, and this is my 2025 room tour—aka me trying to capture my childhood bedroom on video before I move in literally two weeks. I’ve been in this room for almost 20 years (which is actually crazy), so this tour is partly for you, but also for me because I love my room so much and I know it’s going to be bittersweet taking everything down. I filmed this at like 5:30 p.m. so the sun was fully gone, but I cleaned as much as I could and just went for it. I walk you through everything: my hallway posters (concerts + record store finds), the IKEA Billy bookshelves packed with books, manga, and all my fan girl trinkets (Avatar, Pokémon, Demon Slayer, Spy x Family, etc.), plus my desk area and storage that’s very “I have a lot of stuff.” Then we get into the vinyl side of my life—my record player setup, vinyl wall, and extra storage—without going too in depth since I’ve done a dedicated setup video before. The biggest takeaway is honestly organization: I’m realizing I need to unhaul a bunch of things before the move, and I’m already planning a new record player setup video once I’m settled.
