Hi guys, it’s Trin, and in this video I’m finally filming my full record player + vinyl setup tour before I move (literally in like 2–3 weeks). It’s very exciting but also super bittersweet because I love this setup so much and I put a lot of effort into making it look cute and actually functional. I walk you through my whole “station” on my dresser—my Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT, my Edifier speakers, my pale pink TikTok-famous CD player, and all my little essentials like my needle cleaner, rollers, remote, hand sanitizer, and my vinyl mitt for taking pictures of variants without touching the grooves. I also show my vinyl wall that I was low-key stressed setting up because the inserts and posters are all slightly different sizes, but I’m really happy with how it turned out. Then we get into how I organize my collection: IKEA KALLAX cubes, sections for anime/video game soundtracks, K-pop, and then everything else in alphabetical order (and albums in chronological order—especially for Taylor). I also show my “newest vinyl” Target crate situation, my 7-inch storage, and the Taylor Swift Life of a Showgirl vinyl case that’s saving me so much space. It’s not perfect (the bottom cubes are a pain to access), but I wanted to capture it exactly as-is before I pack up my life.
