A lil Late but here we are… 🤔

A bit of a rant in the start, a bit sleep deprived too. Mostly just disappointed. The experience was not as great this time around. I’m just lucky everything was in tact. I know this video is a bit late, but I made sure not to order on launch day this year. Instead, I took my time and did not act on buying anything on impulse. Welp, this worked and this is a very simple order. I like it, just not the box 🙂 I’ve enjoyed seeing many unboxings around this time of year. I couldn’t comment on all of them, but I saw some boxes arrived much more damaged than mine. It was appalling to see some of yours almost dripping wet. I wonder why they can’t put a FedEx envelope over the box to protect it from water damage. Probably the same reason the White bag was eliminated. I will be writing to Hobonichi to let them know my thoughts. We spend a lot of money on these luxury planners so I think the presentation could have been better. It’s not like I’m ordering a Happy Planner from Michaels. Perhaps my expectations are getting too high due to the inflation we’re all seeing. Or perhaps Hobonichi is growing and should also improve the customer experience. I will be updating you on what I hear back from Hobonichi in my next video.
