It's crucial that you read this email carefully in detail… to avoid missing any steps that could delay your lease. **Step 1: Schedule Your Application Approval Call** You must schedule this call immediately by clicking the link in the email. Please do so before the end of today's business day. During this call, we'll walk you through the next steps we require from you to start the leasing process. **Step 2: Review Lease Terms and Fees** Carefully review each item in the email to understand the leasing terms and fees for the property. You'll find a link or description next to each item that provides further clarification. **Step 3: Pay Your Property Holding Deposit** After the application approval call, a non-refundable property holding deposit is due within 24 hours. This deposit—typically equal to one month's rent—reserves the property and removes it from the market. It will convert into your first month's rent and/or move-in fees at move-in. If not paid on time, we'll need to move on to the next applicant, and you may lose the opportunity to lease the property.
