My wood lot camera was sabotaged! Who or what was responsible?

I'm guessing a squirrel chewed through the wire from the camera's solar panel going to the camera. I install a new solar panel and "squirrel proof" the wire to prevent this in the future. This Reolink cellular data camera has been my eyes when I'm away from the wood lot to deter theft or foul play at the wood lot.
