♥️ Why didn't I do this sooner? What I eat & how I found courage to heal & take care of myself again

I am sharing with you how nervous I felt to do something so healing that I literally hadn't done it in 2 years. It's helped me shift something to regain my courage for life! I feel like I'm on a whole new level of taking care of myself. It's not been easy but I'm on my way!
